Diploma associates:
Diploma associates are not required to formally apply. Paying your fees for the required online orientation course or full diploma program will enroll you automatically.
Degree and post-graduate diploma candidates:
Gaia University uses a system of rolling admissions. Candidates are invited to apply at any time during the year, but must submit all application materials no later than one month before the start of their chosen online orientation program. Please check our calendar for upcoming orientation courses.
If you are interested in applying, but still have questions after thoroughly exploring this website, you are welcome to schedule an admissions counseling session through our contact us form.
When you are ready to begin the application process, follow the steps below:
- Proceed to the ONLINE APPLICATION. You will be prompted to create a log-in. Each time you complete a session working on your application, be sure to save your work using the save button at the bottom of the page.
- When you have completed the form, pay the $50.00 application fee and submit the form.
Request letters of recommendation from two people who know you well, one from your academic life and one from your professional/project-based work. You may download the necessary form from our Letter of Recommendation Request Form page. Full instructions are included on the forms.- When you have paid your application fee and we have received your letters of recommendation, we will review your application.
- If after reviewing your application we think you are a good fit for Gaia University, we will schedule a telephone interview.
- You may be notified if you are accepted during your interview. If accepted, you will receive an extensive acceptance letter outlining your requirements, fees and next steps.
- Follow the instructions in your acceptance letter carefully to maintain your place in the next available orientation program.
