End-of-Year Presentation Workshops
At the end of each program year cycle, associates attend either an online or residential end-of-year workshop given by one of our allied associations at which they share the outcomes of their learning and project work with their peers and advisors and perform an in-depth review. End-of-year workshops also provide an opportunity for associates to develop a deeper understanding of Gaia University tools and systems and learn about new developments in the organization. For associates at the end of their programs, the end-of-year workshop is considered a completion workshop, and is followed by a graduate-designed ceremony and celebration. Graduates unable to attend the residential workshop may either attend a yearly ceremony held by Gaia University, one held by our accreditors, or organize one in their local community with parents, friends and colleagues.
