Letter of Recommendation Request Form
Degree (includes bachelors, masters and post-graduate diploma) candidates are required to request letters of recommendation from two people, one from your "learning" life and one from your professional/project-based work. You can download the form here. Please send these forms to the two references and request them to submit the letters to us within two weeks. We will not consider your application complete until we receive these letters. Diploma associates are not required to submit applications or letters of reference.
