Post-Graduate Diploma Progam (PGD)
The Gaia University Post-Graduate Diploma (PGD) has a similar pattern to a master's degree, but has lighter output packet requirements. It is suited to adults in three categories:
1. You are working toward a master's degree, but wish to make a completion after one year, possibly taking a break before entering the capstone masters program year
2. You already have a master's degree from another institution and are seeking to develop your action learning and research capacities
3. You are seeking to augment your Gaia University master's degree by working to develop skills in a topic area not previously covered.
A series of PGD programs, initiated from time to time, is an excellent means of continuing advanced level learning over a lifetime, and for evidencing action learning in fresh topic areas as your life and interests develop.
You have a choice of pathways – Integrative Ecosocial Design (IESD) and Open Topic. Both pathways assist you in developing transferable skill-flexes much in demand by project leaders, non-profits and other employers in the world change field. You will enhance your project design and management skills; develop your digital documentation skills; exapand your leadership abilities; develop additional research capacities; hone your action learning skills and more.
Please see the decision model below to assist you in making an appropriate pathway choice and feel free to contact us if you'd like to discuss your options.
Length of Program: 1 Year
