Project Mentors
Project mentors are generally contracted from outside the Gaia University community and may be the associate's client for a project in which they are engaged.
Sessions with project mentors might be weekly and in-person, adding a further dimension of work-specific coaching and support to the associate's program.
The role of the project mentor is different from that of the main advisor in that they do not have responsibility for guiding the associate's full pathway and are selected by the associate themselves. In addition, they generally do not have input into the associate's documentation work, nor do they review and grade it. They may be less focused on the associate's personal process and more concerned with their effectiveness in their work in the world.
The fees for Project Mentors, if any, are variable and therefore not included in associate fees.
